I am considering this because my Qb situation is so bad, I'd be getting Flacco

My QBs(start 1): Sanchez, Bradford, Newton, Manning (IR)

TEs: Vernon davis, jermaine gresham

He will be giving Flacco and either mercades or tony gonz for newton,vernon

Free agents avaliable:
Te: dickson, cooley, fred davis, petigrew
Qb: orton,henne

i wouldn't do that. you take too much of a hit at TE for the smaller upgrade at QB. with all those guys you should be able to play matchups pretty well, and get some good QB production.

Newton for Flacco might even be downgrade.
and TGonz for VDavis is big TE downgrade for sure.
