Trade Help: Bradshaw for Greene/Marshall WHIR

Postby bigmac41 » Wed Sep 14, 2011 12:11 pm

Hey guys, I have been offered Shonn Greene and Brandon Marshall in exchange for Amhad Bradshaw. Currently my team looks like this:

QB: Brady, McCoy
RB: Jones-Drew, Bradshaw, Thomas, Karim
WR: Colston, Harvin, Britt, Nelson
TE: Winslow
K: Hanson
DEF: Steelers

Just wouldn't mind a few opinions on this potential trade. Do you think it will be beneficial for me to make this move?

Thanks, please post your link and I will help in return

EDIT: Sorry, my league is Non-PPR, 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, K, DEF starts. No FLEX

IMO you were deeper at WR and thinner at RB before the Colston injury, but now I'm not so sure. I'm not convinced Greene will run away with the RB job with LT still around, so you'd be taking a chance there by giving up Bradshaw. If Greene turns it on though, he'd be pretty good quality against Bradshaw, then you have Marshall on top of it. I'd prolly pull the trigger and give your team some more depth -- Marshall is gonna have a good year!

What are your requirements as far as starting spots? Scoring rules (i.e. PPR)?

I love this trade for you. Bradshaw's in a platoon and Shonn Greene's a featured back. I like that deal by itself but if you're getting a WR1/2 as well! Hit "Accept" before the guy realizes what he's doing.

Thanks for the help with mine.

Bradshaw is better than Greene, but Marshall is huge

I'd do this one

I love Marshall this year, targeted him in every draft, but I hate Greene
It's a toss up for me.

Help on mine?

I liked this trade simply because it fills an immediate need. Greene is a huge risk, with high reward potential and with Colston out, Marhshall provides stability in your #1 or #2 WR slot, so I approve. Thanks for your help on the other thread.

I also really think this is a good deal and am not sure I understand the logic against it.

Thanks for the help with mine.
