I disagree. GB D brings Cam back down to earth making Smith much more unreliable this week. Lloyd is a safer bet IMO.

I'm gonna say Lloyd too like the last post, safer.
Steve Smith's performance was a result of Ariz Pass D (suckage) and one long play and blown coverage [similar to Britt]. Packers D won't make the same mistake.

But if Lloyd ends up not practicing at all I'd go with Smith. of course. Thanks for help.

The safer play is steve smith, but players like lloyd always find a way to play. I'd gamble with lloyd.

I don't think Cam will have a game like week 1 against GB, but Smith will still have a good # of targets I think.

Since its PPR, I'd go with Lloyd (if he plays).... Newton did so well last week because A) Cards secondary sucks, and B) They played a lot of Cover 0/Cover 1 expecting the Panthers to run, and this left them vulnerable over the top. I wouldn't expect it to be a sign of things to come, especially against a high quality Packers D.

Bench Steve Smith vs. GB. If he blows up and scores a lot of points then you know it is real and you have a stud from week 3-16. If, and this is more likely, CAR sucks wind, then you know you have a great matchup player.

Sucks to have to start Lloyd though. I would be looking at the waiver wire personally, but if you have to start Lloyd, go for it.

Let me know what you think on my issue: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=496503
