GB faces Cam & co, an excellent match-up bc I expect Mr. Newton to come back to earth a bit on sunday, while DET comes home after a nice road win to host/dismantle a BAD KC offense imo...
Both are obviously tasty match-ups, but is Cam real enough to give GB any REAL trouble? I don't expect many sacks from Mathews & co bc Cam is too mobile/elusive, but Cassell and the Chiefs look like sitting ducks to me and the Lions are tougher @ home imo...
I really don't think you can go wrong here, but I'd start the Pack's offense - they are brutal against the run, and with a rookie QB set to take a fall back to earth, I think they will victimize the Carolina offense all day. Both are good plays, no doubt, but I think you gotta trust the Pack here
Seconded. My grandmother could put up the numbers that Cam Newton did against the awful Cards D. I have a feeling he'll be riding high off of his very auspicious start and be humbled quite a bit by the Packers' championship defense. KC will be thirsty to succeed after getting manhandled by Buffalo last week, and they might have some success against Detroit. Either one is safe to start, but GB is the safer bet.
GB D/ST it is! Hell, I rolled with 'em last thursday and was rewarded with a huge special teams play by Cobb that helped me win, and I agree that Mathews and co. might just make Cam Newton look more like a FIG Newton heh heh heh...
thx again!
