I'm new to this... How good is my team?

Here's my lineup in a head to head league

QB - Matt Schaub
WR- Mike Williams (TB)
WR - Brandon Marshall
RB - Arian Foster
RB - Frank Gore
TE - Jason Witten
W/R/T - Shonn Greene
BN - Pierre Thomas (RB)
BN - Willis McGahee (RB)
BN - Joe Flacco (QB)
BN - Rob Gronkowski (TE)
BN - Devin Hester (WR) ...I know, but I'm a Bears fan
K - Nick Folk
B - Rob Bironas
DEF - Baltimore
B - Dallas

My Bench (Flacco and Bironas) scored more points than their respective starters in week 1. I think I have a decent team... but was trounced last week because I was new to this. Is my team a good one? and should I leave my starting lineup alone for week 2?

it's strong even in competitive league.

might need more depth on WRs and slightly improvement on QB, but Schaub is not bad, it's just that in 10 teams league, there's probably at least 5 teams that have better QB than Schaub (Rodger, Brady, Brees, Rivers, Vick, and don't forget Romo and Ryan), so Schaub is average at best

try grab Newton or Fitzpatrick and hope they keep their week1 performance through out the season, and hope Newton become second michael vick.

you probably don't need 2 K and 2 Def
i can see why you keep Dallas, but it only help you in you Ravens bye week after seeing how strong Ravens is on week1, see if you can trade it for some decent WR bench


But i really don't see any problem in your team.
However, i can see why your week1 sucked
Foster injury, Gore underplayed, Williams TB underplayed.
But under normal circumstance, your team should be in play-off and possibly fighting for championship
