Last week I dominated my game with a number of players outperforming. Now I am worried that when they return to 'normal' play, I may be in trouble. In a PPR League, this is my team:
QB: Tom Brady WR1: Mike Wallace WR2: DeSean Jackson WR3: Santana Moss RB1: LeSean McCoy RB2: Darren McFadden FLEX: Jahvid Best TE: Jason Witten K: Matt Bryant DEF: New England BN: Matthew Stafford BN: James Starks BN: Cadillac Williams BN: Fred Jackson BN: Early Doucet BN: Davone Bess
I was wondering if I could get some team ratings/advice on how to improve, and if you think I can win against:
QB: Drew Brees WR1: Reggie Wayne WR2: Brandon Marshall WR3: Mario Manningham RB1: Ray Rice RB2: Maurice Jones-Drew FLEX: Matt Forte TE: Kellen Winslow K: Neil Rackers DEF: Philadelphia BN: Knowshon Moreno BN: Chad OchoCinco BN: Pierre Thomas BN: Sam Bradford BN: Brent Celek BN: Detroit DEF
Not sure how many teams you have in your league [most likely 6] but your team and your opponent's teams are awesome...stacked if its a 8 or 10 team league. I think you team is awesome but it will be tough to beat Team #2. He has a slight edge at WR but he has you beat at RB. But you have probably as of now the best TE in Witten, a great D/ST in NE, and a solid bench.
If you can give me the number of other teams and their rosters, I can tell you where to go from there
Brady should and will throw like crazy again, I expect the NE SD game to be a passing duel. That being said, I don't like the starting of the NE defense. Chad Henne looked good against them. I think he has you in the WRs, but Wallace and DJ are both HUGE home run threats. I expect Pitt looking to dominate early in this week to prove last week was a fluke, which could be great for Wallace. Moss has a great matchup this week. You have a good chance for your WRs and QB to "outpreform". I would look into that Flex spot for you. Best, Starks, and Cadillac could all go there. If there is a chance that Caddy can repeat last week, I would put him there. He went hammer in SJs absence, and if 39 will be out this week, he could do big damage.
Hope this helps. take a look here? viewtopic.php?t=497094
i am seeing team 1, 2, 5, 8 going to play-off and your team should win last week with or without they out-perform their normal performance.
seeing team 2 and team 1 probably the strongest one, team 5 have Mendenhall that give almost 0 points production at non-PPR and team 5 that has Roddy, Foster and Big Ben in week1, which your team should win week1 no matter what.
back to week2, i agree team2 have better roster than team 1. but PIT is playing against SEA, which Wallace will really shine in this game, and if DMC's shoulder is okay, he might get another 150 yards and this time, maybe few TD too. However, if Rice and Forte keep his performance from week1, you are in trouble
Brees and Brady both out-performed on week1, so it's pretty even.
overall, team 2 with slightly better chance of winning, but definitely possible for team 1 to win, i'll say 60:40
