Drop Marcedes Lewis?

I just picked up Jermaine Gresham. Without Gerrard, will Lewis be a redzone target? Not so confident this year. 12 team redraft.

Should I hang on to Lewis for another week or two and see how it pans out? Or drop him and carry a second Def. or more backup RB or QB? What would you do?
