Trying to gauge my team with opening day loss...I traded away MJD and Schaub for Vick and Hightower...Do I need more help at WR or RB? and who should I move?

I think you're good man....
A.J. Green might be the best trade bait you have. You could maybe package him with Hightower and go for a better RB.
But my tendency with that lineup would be to stand pat....

agree, but like to add, you can also use AJ Green+Hightower for better WR to replace Ward and have Reggie Bush RB2, Moss as flex and new elite WR that you got as WR2 solide team, good chance going to play-off.' some people speak very highly of D.Williams, i personally don't trust that, so you might also try Moss+D.Williams for better WR.
but I think you might be the first Vince Young owner I have seen. I would drop him and get either a bye week guy or a flyer at WR or RB, I think more chances with WR flyers for a good payoff but just watch the waiver wire,
