Need some expert opinion as this is confusing me :p

I will giving up MJD and Maclin.
I will be getting Fitz and Ryan Matthews.

MJD is healthy and Jac is treating him very carefully.
on the other hand, i don't trust Kolb, therefore, L. Fitz is like Wayne now, still good but not as good as it used to be.

This is about as close to balanced as a trade gets, IMO.

Mathews has lost all his upside and I now see a production ceiling for him. However Fitz is a significant upgrade over Maclin. If you had more RB depth, this would be a no brainer, but as it is, it's a tough call.

I would do it. It's tough, but I don't think you'll ever get Fitz cheaper than you can get him now.

This is close, but I'd stay put. One big reason: if you have MJD and he gets hurt, you can plug in Karim. If you have Mathews and he gets hurt, someone else already has Tolbert, so you're screwed.

Yeah, I think I'd do that deal. It's pretty darned fair, as you're taking a similar hit at RB to the gain you're making at WR, but I think it improves your keeper pool down the road, which pushes it over the edge to your favor by a slight margin. I like Charles, Best, Mathews, Jackson and Fitz just a bit more than Charles, MJD, Best, Maclin and Jackson for this year anyway, and the fact you'll get to choose your 3 keepers between those first 5 guys (+ Rodgers) is the icing on the cake IMO

Thanks for the response !! So 2 opinions for and 2 against surely a tough trade !!

Couple of points:
1. We wont have keepers after this year, so please ignore future Keeper value.
2. We have Max limit of 5 RBs and 5WRs in our roster.

Other Counter Offer options:
1. MJD + Maclin for Fitz + Moreno? Not high on Moreno bcos of McGahee.
2. Jahvid Best + Maclin for Fitz ? Am I giving up too much?
3. MJD + Mike Sims for Fitz + Cadillac Williams (both Sims and Caddy are risky starters)

Which counter offer number will you consider, if any at all?
