sproles. henderson is a bang or bust guy. he'll get nothing or catch a long pass for a ton. safe bet, long term value , is likely with sproles.

In that case you could go either way but it looks like lance moore may play so id personally go sproles

Sproles all the way. Everyone's excited about Henderson b/c of the saints' receiving situation, but he can't catch a ball to save his life.
