League is standard - Matchups bolded, I added my thoughts, skip them if you don't want to read them, but I really need advice.
RB - Pick 2
Chris Johnson vs BAL - This is my no brainer, even though its frustrating. He's got to earn his bump, but I dont think that will happen til week 3 Mark Ingram vs CHI - Chi has a stingy run defense, and who knows if Urlacher will be sad, or mad at every Saint jersey he sees, or if he'll play at all, but i think ingram also needs to prove he belongs in this league and not let a goal line stop bury him Ryan Matthews vs NE - He did well last week, but NE DEF is no slouch, and we all know who gets the goal line carries on this team.
WR TE and WR are combined in this league, start 3 - same point scale
Reggie Wayne vs CLE This is my no brainer, Wayne will do well no matter who is throwing to him, and he found the endzone in that mockery of a game last week. I think the chemistry will only get better, because hell, it can't get much worse. Devry Henderson vs CHI The Falcons didn't do too much against the Bears, but Brees wasn't throwing the ball (Who is subsequently my QB). He has been plagued with inconsistancy but solid as of late, and the injuries work in his fantasy favor. Jordy Nelson vs CAR He was great in the Super Bowl (minus a thing here or there) and was targetted as much as Jennings while putting up a score. I like him, but theres alot of targets Rodgers can throw to, really stumped on him Julio Jones vs PHI With Asomugha most likely covering Roddy White, Ryan may be looking Jones' way more often, and last week he proved he can receive in this league Jason Witten vs 49ers Romo's favorite target will get the ball, but how much?
For RBs I say you go with C.Johnson and Ingram. I say that purely based on matchups because if mathews wasnt facing the NE defense then I would definately advise him.
As for WR and TE I would go with Wayne, Jones, and Witten. Cowboys did lose and will be back fighting hard week 2. Matt Ryan had a decent week 1 but look for better numbers and more targets to Jones.
2011-2012 Des Moines Fantasy Football League Champion 12-4 overall record.

Like CJ always, he's supposed to see more work this week. Out of Mathews and Ingram, I think I like Ingram, Mathews may get more yards, but his scores are going to have to come from beyond the 20. Ingram will more then likely have fewer yards, but has a higher likely hood of getting a score if the Saints get in the redzone. I dont like either matchup, NE is big on the front line so Mathews will need to get outside. The Bears tend to do fairly well against straight ahead runners, but Turner did well last week.

I think out of your WR/TE's, I like Wayne for sure, he seems consitant, and Collins will need to get him the ball early and often, as Indy's defense looks terrible. I Like Henderson who I think will end up with a fairly good game, again this week, though with Moore possible, I may drop him down. I like Nelson to have a good game, Carolina has one good corner and he'll be on Jennings (how'd Fitz do last week?) so I'd expect Jordy to put up good numbers. I dont think Nnamdi will necessarily be on White, but who knows, and I honestly feel better about the first three then the last 2. Witten might be a sneaky play, but I have a feeling he doesnt get into the endzone this week.
I agree with you on your RBs, at least it seems you want to bench Mathews
For your WR/TE my first instinct would be to trot out Wayne, Nelson and Witten. I like the Nelson matchup and he's grown some rapport with Rodgers to be trusted. Purely a matchup play. I love Jones this year, but he's going to have to give me a bit more of a showing in the offense before I'd trot him out with you having so many options. Witten is a solid matchup plus he's always targeted a bunch, if it was PPR he's a no doubter in my mind but even standard leagues I'd play him.

I have a chance to get Santana Moss as he was dropped, but is locked until noon tomorrow. Waivers are first come first served after rounds on Tuesday. I neglected to mention I also have Sims-Walker, he'll be getting the boot if I can snag him. Lets hope my fingers are faster.
