Should i pick up Denver's D off Waivers?

RBs-Arian Foster, Felix Jones, Tim Hightower, DeAngelo Williams
WRs- Roddy White, Stevie Johnson(Buf), Mike Thomes(Jac), Malcom Floyd, Randall Cobb, Brandon Gibson
TE- Jason Witten
K- Sebastian Janikowski
D- 49ers

Couple things, the 49ers vs Dal and are projected 9.64 in my league. I can pick up Denver or Ind off waivers. Denver's projected 10.26 vs Cin and Ind's projected 9.48 vs Cle. The 49ers had a solid game for me last week but i can see Dal putting up some points against them. I like Denver's matchup better. Anyone have an opinion? Also, I know starter questions arent supposed to be in here but i dont feel like making another thread... Sorry, im lazy. Anyone think i should start Cobb or Gidson over Floyd in week 2? ***Thanks for the advice

All those D's look like terrible options to me.
Did you see the Broncos game and all the injuries they got?

If that is all you've got to choose from I wouldn't even bother

These are all my options for a D: 49ers(got me 12pts last week), Denver, Indy, Cleveland, Arizona, Oakland, Tampa Bay, Buff, seattle, Minn, Houston, Car, Washington, Cinci, Jac, Tennesse, Miami... Not too many options.
