Who to start- Qb and Rb questions

pick 1 out of these 2 qbs, standard format (throwing tds=4 points)
Stafford vs. Kansas City
Roethlisberger vs. Seattle

As for my rbs, I play 2 and I'm going to play another as my flex
It's .5 ppr and the rest is standard format (10 yards rushing or passing=1 point....rushing or receiving touchdown=6 points)

my rbs are:
McCoy vs. Atlanta
Michael Turner vs. Philly
Hightower vs. Arizona
Felix Jones vs. San fran

At the moment I'm thinking of starting Big Ben, McCoy, Turner and using Jones as my flex. Hightower and Stafford do have some nice looking match-ups though.

I think you've got it right except I'd start Hightower over Felix Jones... He should get a heavy workload this week...

Nah no way I would start Ben over Stafford. Stafford is going to put up major numbers this year. MAJOR numbers. Look what BUFFALO did to KC last week. Imagine what Calvin and Co. is going to do. So now that I have convinced you to start Stafford lets move on.

RBs-- I would go with McCoy, Turner and Hightower over Felix. Washington runs more than Dallas and Hightower looked better than Felix. Sure I know Dallas played the Jets last week but whatever, I still go with Hightower. He will have 20 carries, Felix probably wont get that many.

I would go Big Ben, McCoy, Turner, and Hightower. Stafford's matchup looks pretty good, but I give the edge to big ben. i think Pitt will be throwing a lot because Seattle's run defense is better than their pass D.

I love stafford but at the same time he is as flimsy as an NFL player can get. In this regard I find relying on him on a weekly basis seems a little bit risky. This week I feel as though Stafford could put up major points or become a major let down. Whereas Big Ben is generally (aside from last week of course) a very consistent fantasy qb. Though taking into consideration all of the points you brought up; Stafford looks set to have a great game.

As for the hightower vs jones dilemma, I feel like I'll be asking about this one on a weekly basis. Never know which one to start, but perhaps hightower going against his old team will be extra motivation that sets him apart from jones this week.

I also forgot to mention that I have Starks. I thought it seemed silly to start him over jones or hightower but then I realized that it was against Carolina. I think Starks might be in for a big day.

Felix Jones ran decently well against Jets defense.... Felix Jones over Hightower this week for sure. So I'd go with McCoy, Turner, and Jones. As for QBs... Stafford is gonna rape KC. Stafford over Big Ben in my opinion.
