What does friendliness mean?

I noticed that on my posts underneath my info I have a friendliness bar, which is green at 100%. I can only see that I have one; does everybody else? If not how did I get it? Thanks for the help.

Yes, everyone has one. They are only visible to the user. Certain folks can post feedback via the feedback icon, and negative feedback about interacting with other Cafe members can lower your friendliness rating.

Think of it as Kindergarten 101. If it's green, you learned how to play well with others
If it's yellow, maybe you come across as a bit abrasive.
