Trade Help Needed

Postby mariners100 » Fri Sep 16, 2011 8:09 am

Need a little help with this trade offer:

My team:
QB- Flacco, Sanchez, Netwon (trade bait)
RB- Arian Foster, Ray Rice, Ryan Matthews, Cedric Benson, Ben Tate (until Foster gets healthy)
WRs- Boldin, Andre Johnson, DeSean Jackson, Dez Bryant, Hines Ward
TE- Aaron Hernandez

His Team:
QB-Vick, Freeman
RB- Tolbert, Mendenhall, Blount, Bradshaw, Green-Ellis, Bush, Jerome Harrison
WR- Reggie Wayne, Kenny Britt, Calvin Johnson
TE- Vernon

We start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR, 1 TE

So, I was offered MY Arian Foster for HIS Mendenhall and HIS Reggie Wayne, I'd drop Cam Newton to do the trade.
At first, this doesnt look to be a bad trade but Mendehall is a slight downgrade to Foster (unless he stays hurt all year) and I would get another WR which I all ready have way too many of. Unless Manning comes back this year I don't think Wayne will do much. Just another note, I would most likely take the trade and look to deal another WR, but the guys in my league do not like to trade at all and I would be stuck with too many WRs and not enough RBs down the stretch. Thoughts?
