Although it can be tough to predict how the Packers are going to spread the ball around, Jordy Nelson has been consistently open for Aaron Rodgers for a while. Nelson leads the team in receptions since the beginning of the 2010 playoffs. Offenses focus on taking away Greg Jennings, JerMichael Finley, and the other Packers option and Nelson is often left with easy coverage.
The targets in the Chicago were equally spread out this Sunday between Matt Forte (6), Devin Hester (5), Earl Bennet (4), Johnny Knox (4) and Roy Williams (4) The only difference between GB's spread and CHI is that GB has a better, more accurate passer on a more potent offense.
Both WRs are a little buried on the depth chart but Nelson appears to have the better situation and better matchup this week. The Panthers were picked apart by Kevin Kolb, and Rodgers should do the same.
