Owen Daniels OR Aaron Hernandez?

Postby taw856 » Fri Sep 16, 2011 1:56 pm

Aaron Hernandez is my TE. Someone else panic dropped Owen Daniels after Daniels' poor Week 1 showing. Since I don't want to carry two TEs, this now leaves me trying to decide between the two.

I'm leaning Hernandez, even if it was just one week of production, but then Daniels has Miami's D opposing him in Week 2 and could be the next big play...

Any advice?
A. Rodgers outscores D. Brees in ESPN standard scoring by 40+.
D. McFadden plays 16 games (but ineffectively for someone whose only problem we always assumed was health).
M. Lynch=not a Top 10 RB.
V. Cruz=Top 7 WR.
G. Tate=Top 36 WR.

Definitely Owen Daniels he is the better overall TE plus with Walter (Hou WR) hurt Daniels will get more targets. Hernandez is in a great offense but the ball is spread around so much that it is kinda hard to predict who is going to be the better TE of the week for New England (even though it seems to lean more toward Gronk a good percentage of the time).

I second that. Daniels is a great talent while Hernandez isn't bad he is just that second TE. Sure NE is a throwing team but no team can throw that much to make 2 or 3 WR's and 2 TE's worth anything in FFL.
