reject
Too big of downgrade on QB from Rodger to Stafford, and i don't care what other people says Stafford will have a great year and blah blah, no, Rodger, Brees, Brady, Rivers and Vick is still top5 QB, Stafford is not even close. arguably top 10, but in 10teams league, top10 QB really don't mean anything.

Nice upgrade from Forte to Foster, but seeing how Forte play on week1 and Forte trying to prove himself so Bear can sign a new contract, Forte is not that far away from Foster now.

the downgrade from probably the best QB (rodger) to a might be top 10 QB (stafford) is bigger than the upgrade you get from a solid RB1 (Forte) to elite RB1 (foster)

now trading Tolbert for Tate, that's just non-sense when you have Foster include in the trade.
he try to trade you a top RB1+handcuff of that RB1 for RB1 in Chi and RB1 in SD.

Forte/Tolbert should be enough trade for Foster/Tate, which i might still take Foster
but loss Rodger is just crazy.

It would be good to know some more details, like size of the league, how many keepers, is it PPR or not, and what is the lineup week in, week out. So I am going to assume it is a standard 10 team league.

If it were me, I would just stay where I was at, because you have arguably the best QB, a good RB in Forte and Tolbert looks to again be better then Matthews. While you would be getting Foster who is suffering through the hamstring and may not play for the entire game this Sunday and the hamstring could affect him later in the season. You would also get Stafford who has yet to complete an entire season so that is another injury risk for you. But you do get Foster's handcuff in Tate which is good but you are basically giving Tolbert, who is overall the #2 RB in SD according to depth chart but gets the goal-line carries and looks better then Matthews, away just to get the handcuff. So this trade is high risk/high reward for you.
