Return to Who to Start/Bench

I need to pick a 2nd WR for week 2. I'm in a 12 team league (non-PPR). I'm not really sure who I should pick. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I can get points for a return TD but not the yardage. Are you thinking Harvin based on what he did last week?
