DST and RB/FLEX questions! WHIR!

Need help deciding how to fill a few slots for PPR league...

Need a plug and play for the week @ DST...Have SD (@NE) but definitely not wanting to play them this week
TB (@Min)
Cle (@Ind)
Was (vAri)
Buf/Oak both on the FA board as well

On the RB side, I have Blount (@Min), FJackson (vOak) and RMathews (@NE) to fill one RB slot with, and not sure which of them to go with (or if I should grab up LT off of FA). Also currently running JNelson (@Car) in my Flex, if someone thinks one of those RB might be a better choice than him let me know!

In PPR format, I would side with Jackson over Blount. Matchup similar, but Jackson at home. i wouldn't trust Matthews. Tolbert is going to put up better numbers.

For the D, I think I would take TB. MIN had less than 100 yards passing last week, mcnabb's first pass was an INT, and he is a sack waiting to happen.

TB would be the DST I'd run with, CLE my next choice if someone snapped up the Bucs already. The MIN offense is just horrible till proven otherwise.

At flex, I'm going to stay in the same game. If things go as they should, TB will be ahead most of the game against MIN, and that means lots and lots of LeGarette Blount. If they play with the lead, 25 touches is reachable, and he can do a lot of damage on 25 touches. Good luck!
