Rice, Hillis, Hightower.

Tolbert had a great game with multiple TDs on Sunday but he can't be relied on that from a week to week basis. Hightower is the lead back for his team and should see a consistent workload until he loses that title. Tolbert on the other hand has little established role except for the goalline vulture to Mathews. That leads to inconsistency from time to time.

First thing's first: if they're healthy, you're not benching Rice or Hillis. Ever.

Your decision is really between Hightower and Tolbert. I think you've gotta go with Tolbert here. No matter what he says about his backfield, I don't think I'll ever trust Shannahan. Yeah, Tolbert splits time, but the Chargers offense is so prolific that I don't think it should concern you too much.
