WR help, if Dez can't go today

Julio Jones vs Philly, or Lee Evans vs Tennesee? I'm leaning towards Julio despite the formidable Philly secondary, mainly because Lee Evans is always a boom or bust guy and Flacco doesn't seem comfortable with him just yet.
