that when they drafted or pickup up jon kitna that they would get this type of production from him. He is going off this year. After today he has to be among the league leaders in TD passes.
A friend and I had arguments all during the post season last year up until thje draft how Kitna would be fine in Cincy and drafting Palmer would be a waste. My suggestion was to trade Corey and/or draft picks for defensive stars. He still swears Kitna sucks, but I think he is doing just fine.
I wonder what they are going to do with Palmer. He is being paid a lot. I don't think sitting on the bench really does any good as far as experience goes.

Mcnair didn't start right away either. It depends on the situation. It could bode well for Palmer sitting and learning the offense, and it's a nice luxury for the Bengals not to have to rush him in there.

Good point, but they weren't number one picks. Nobody had even heard of them. He may be another Ryan Leaf.
