Trying to work out a trade with Charles owner

Help me put together a trade. I'm in a total points / H2H hybrid league, to where we essentially start 5 RBs. The guy that owns Charles is probably now reeling.

His RBs are
Charles
DeAngelo Williams
J. Stewart
Daniel Thomas
and Jacquizz Rodgers

I went heavy on RBs and here is my roster
10 Man Most Points league w/ H2H
QB - Big Ben, M. Cassel, M. Sachez
RB - L. McCoy, SJax, MJD, P. Hillis; R. Brown
WR - P. Harvin, B. Lloyd, M. Manningham, J. Nelson, R. Meachem, O. Daniels
D/ST - Bears, Lions
K- N. Rackers

I was thinking that maybe I should offer an MJD to him to upgrade my WRs and QB.

At QB, he has Rivers, Cutler and Hasselbeck. His wideouts are Roddy White, Mike Wallace, Brandon Marshall, Wes Welker, Roy Williams and Derrick Mason.

I was thinking of offering something like an MJD, Cassel and Harvin or Lloyd for a Rivers, Thomas, White or Wallace. What are your thoughts?

I'm obviously talking to an owner that has lost his mind. He just counter offered with his Rivers for my Cassel and Hillis. Dude is insane
