Lance Moore vs. Erick Decker vs. Denarious Moore

Do i take Lance Moore off my bench to pickup a wideout with more potential upside?

Since its unlikely any of them would start regardless (basically just bi-weeks) I felt the upside picks might make some sense. While it seems early to give up on Lance Moore, NO has a ton of weapons already, especially with Sproles getting a lot of attention.

And between Decker and Denarious, its kind of a toss up. Decker certainly looked great but once players come back from injury I don't know how much fantasy impact he'll have. Denarious looked good in week 2 but again there were injuries around him as well. Oakland also has better run options and a somewhat more competent defense.

-- for the record I'm in a 10 team league. My WRs are currently: Welker, Brandon Marshall, Maclin, Manningham, Burleson, Lance Moore. I could also drop Burleson, but he's been getting a lot of receptions and Detroits offense looks like something I may want to stay invested in. I'm in a partial PPR league (.5/rec).

No way I would drop Burleson for either of these guys, and as much as I like Decker in deep leagues and dynasty formats, I don't think I'd drop Moore for him at this point. No chance Moore makes your roster over Moore at this point, and like you said, in a 10-teamer these guys are WR6s and will likely never see the field, so don't overthink it too much

Moore worked over Bills RCB Leodis McKelvin, highlighted by a 50-yard touchdown bomb in double coverage that temporarily re-gave the Raiders a late fourth-quarter lead. Afterwards, beat writer Steve Corkran described Moore as "something special." He's the anti-Darrius Heyward-Bey, securing downfield passes and running pretty deep patterns. The Raiders need to make sure Moore -- not DHB -- is their long-term starter at split end.

If you read Rotoworld during August, you knew about Denarius Moore. Now everyone will. The kid can play and he should continue to get significant reps even when Jacoby Ford and Darrius Heyward-Bey get healthy. It's a joke if DHB keeps starting over Moore.
