Jamaal Charles and Miles Austin Injury Week 2

What a bad weekend for me. I have Jamall Charles and Miles Austin in my 10-man PPR league. My lineup is what I feel to be very competitive but with these two blows in week 2 it will be difficult to make the playoffs. This is my first post and wanted to get thoughts on solving this dilemma. My line up is as follows:

QB: Matt Stafford RB: Jamall Charles (Injured)
RB: Rashard Mendenhall
RB/WR: Mike Williams (Tampa)
WR: Calvin johnson
WR: Miles Austin
TE: Jimmy Graham D/ST: Jets

Bench Players:
Big Ben
Rob Gronkowski
Brandon Jacobs
Malcolm Floyd
Mark Ingram
Pierre Garcon
Mike Williams (Seattle)

What are your thoughts on making the best of this awful situation?? I have leverage with TE's and QB's and I would hate to give up Calvin but with the right offer it could happen I guess...... Thanks.
