Team A in my signature. Jamaal Charles was my first pick. I got screwed out of a decent starting QB because the guy with the first pick decided it would be funny to draft two QB's back-to-back on his 2nd/3rd picks. It is a 1RB, 2WR, 1 RB/WR so maybe not as bad as I envisioned, but it's never fun losing your first round pick!
Best FA options are all WR's. Should I try to pickup Eric Decker or David Nelson and play with the best matchups in my flex?

I like Decker going forward, and I wouldn't say you're in absolutely awful shape yet. Tate may continue to get a decent amount of touches especially with how he's been playing. Hard to tell what the deal is going to be with Foster right now. All you can do at this point is work the waiver wire, maybe try to sell guys high and take some risks. Losing a 1st round pick is tough, but great management can overcome it!
Go with Decker, I say.

if u cant get anything for collie then maybe u drop him for decker....and if decker has one more decent game maybe u can trade him in a package deal to upgrade ur rb situation
