TE overload..

I have both Graham and Gronkowski. Because of the settings, I can only start one each week. This is a nonPPR 16 team league. What is the value for these 2? I am more willing to move Gronk because I also start BGE and Ochocinco, and dont like the idea of having 3 from one team going each week. Basically, I need a WR to take over for either Ocho or Garcon. Who is a good target to move one of these guys for?
