Injury report tool - Brandon Lloyd

Postby Chris Bennett » Mon Sep 19, 2011 9:38 pm

I got screwed this week because I didn't know Brandon LLoyd was going to be out. Does anyone out there know of a tool that will alert you if one of your players is injured?

I'd be interested in this too. There's somehow no automatic app or anything that sends you an alert if a player is deactivated before gametime.
10 rushing yards - 1 pt
10 receiving yards - 1 pt
20 passing yards - 1 pt
All TDs - 6 pts (QBs favored)

I think Rotoworld does a good job of covering all the inactives prior to kick-off. I know they had Lloyd being inactive well before kick-off time. I usually sit at the computer checking updates at Rotoworld, FBG, sometimes CBS Sports, from 10:30-11:30. Usually at 11:30 all the information is diseminated and little more information comes out until about 2:00 when the late game inactives come out. That's the only way I know my guys are going to go. This week sucks for two reasons though. 1. I'm at a coaching clinic (hockey) from 7:00-3:00 on Sunday and 2. In various leagues I have Romo, Felix Jones, and Dez Bryant who don't play until Monday evening. and It's going to difficult to get information on those guys by Sunday morning. I may have to drop someone I don't want to drop so I can free up a roster spot, so I can pick up a Kitna or Choice or Ogletree in case they can't go. Very difficult this week for me. This is where team management skills come into play and is a good example of why FF is not just luck but at least at some level a skill game.
