So I am stacked at RB. There are 2 players I am looking at picking up. Fred Davis (TE WAS) has been killing it, and I want insurance in case something happens to Gronkowski. And he has a sweet matchup for Gronkowsi's bye (CAR). Tate's value is limited if Foster comes back. I was planning on dropping OAK for Davis, and was thinking about dropping Lynch for Tate. I am just never going to start Lynch. And God help me if I had to. I know he's a starting NFL running back, but jeez. I really can't trade him at this point. I know he had some tough matchups, but his upcoming schedule is also very hard. If Foster does go down, Tate will be a fantasy home run.

Yea i feel you i would pick up Tate immediately, thing about hamstrings are they linger and hes a proven commodity and he also has trade value to the Foster owner....aton more than Lynch, i would probably drop Thomas but if you never think your going to need Lynch then no point in having him wasting a spot get them for upside i think we know what the seahawks and lynch are about for some time now and i see Fred davis being a low end TE-1 the rest of the way...

Lynch for Tate
Both your Ds (one for matchup D) and the other for Davis.

Yeah, I'd do it. With Foster's Hammy tightening up again, looks like it may linger. Tate will at least get you a few weeks of performance, which is more than you can say about Marsha. The Seahaws looks HORRIBLE, and Lynch looks even worse. 6 rushes for 11 yards. That's not starting RB numbers for a RB playing in High School, let alone the NFL.

i'd make the move. tate has better upside especially short term. i'd also drop a def and just play match ups rest of the way

Your roster is stout enough to take a risk on Tate. Lynch has very little upside this year, while Tate could end up starting for the majority of this year if Foster continues to struggle. Make the move.
