Roy Helu

Thinking about adding Roy Helu for the inevitable Hightower breakdown, only problem is that I dont know who to drop. Does he have a bigger upside than any of the guys sitting on my bench. I feel like I have a bench full of handcuffs that wont do much without an injury and Helu would be more of that but does he have a bigger upside than anyone on my current bench?
