Gore for Roddy? WHIR

Postby mzkp54 » Tue Sep 20, 2011 2:26 pm

Another owner is trying to trade a WR for a RB (he lost Charles). Was considering sending this offer. no-ppr 10 teams standard scoring

My team:

QB- Stafford
RB- AP, Gore
WR- Nicks, Bowe
TE- V Davis
WR/RB- F Jackson

Bench- Branch, Burress, Ingram, MSW, Ingram, Ryan, Evans (put in a waiver claim for fred davis)

I would put Jackson at my 2nd RB spot. I'm really nervous about Bowe, so I would love to get another stud to play at WR. I figure I have enough upside on my bench to fill my flex.

Is it good enough value to swap Gore for Roddy?

Please leave a link and I'll return the favor

I would definitely make this move. It's a perfect time to buy low on Roddy White, so if he will accept then send the deal immediately.

Hell yes. Do this deal. Roddy White is a beast. Excellent trade.

Given that you have Fred Jackson to plug into your RB2 spot, I would say do it. I have Roddy and I think things will pick up for him.

Help with mine please. viewtopic.php?t=497902

I just made this same trade in one of my leagues, I would do it if you don't have faith in Bowe.

I would go ahead and do it, the whole KC offense worries me, lost their main TE, now lost Charles their main RB. Bowe is the only main weapon left so while he will get pass thrown his way I don't feel it will be enough. Roddy is still in a good passing offense that he will do better then Bowe. I think you will be fine roster wise, you just need to find a new flex.

If you feel comfortable with Fred Jackson the rest of the year then I would go ahead and do this.

Well I feel comfortable that FJax or Ingram will be solid throughout the year... I think?

I really am not a fan of Gore. I'd definitely take this trade, especially if youre getting F-jax.

Yea I would only do this trade because your WR is no bueno. Roddy is a big upgrade. Fred Jackson is a good RB 2 and you have Ingram that will do better later on in the season. Branch can also play on your flex spot.
What you think about my trade?
