Tough call. In terms of the draft you are giving up a 2nd round pick (Gore's avg value) for a 3rd and 4th round pick. An important question is to ask if you start 3RBs or a flex position. If not then Gore is not a guaranteed start behind McCoy and Turner. However, Gates would be a guaranteed starter.

I would do it simply because I find Gore to be slightly over rated and he is still behind McCoy and Turner and you have decent depth to place at your flex position and Hightower would help too.

Also the fact that Gates would be a good upgrade at TE position even though the gains at that position are not too large.

I would do it, I think I'd see if he'd give up a little more then Hightower if not, no biggie. You have good RB depth and can give up gore. its basically Gore for Gates, Hightower I doubt you'd play with your backs. Gates is a must start, Gore I think, with your backs is at best a matchup play in your flex.

help with mine?

No brainer to me....ur depth at RB is fine to give up Gore and getting Gates is great upgrade....Hightower has lots of upside but lots of question marks with shanihan and Helu, but like i said ur RB depth can make up for the question marks.....take Gates and run...
