Huge Dilemma. Super Thin on RB

I have a dilemma...I am in a 12 team deeper league with 2 flex spots. I was blessed with Jamaal Charles as my RB1 and Sidney Rice on the bench..yay!

Here is what my team looks like now:

QB: Stafford, Ryan, Cutler (yeah 3 qbs, trying to trade stafford not working)
WR: Vjax, Greg Jennings, Marshall, Collie, S. Rice,
RB: Helu, Lynch, Karim, K. Hunter (yes this sucks)
TE: Jermaine Gresham
FLX: Percy Harvin
FLX: Ed dickson

Being a deep league, there isn't crap for RB on the waiver wire. Best RBs left are Hardesty, Ringer, Murray, Choice.

1. Should I drop Collie or S. Rice to take a flyer on one of the waiver RBS?

2. Should I panic and trade one of my WRs for a RB?

3. Should I ask for less in trade for one of my QBs to get a mid tier RB (Daniel Thomas, Hightower, Law firm etc)

Facing the same dilemma in 1 league. First, I'd gamble on Murray over Hunter. Next, keep trying to trade a QB as I wouldn't drop any of them. Someone out there will suddenly need a viable QB. Lastly, if no dice, drop one of your marginal RB's for a good WR like Nelson, Decker, etc and then trade one of your WR studs.

Dump Cutler for Murray quick.
Possibly Collie for Justin Forsett, I know he isn't the greatest back in the world but I think he will take over starting duties very soon. At least you'd have a cheap but lacking handcuff. Ringer only holds value if CJ4 goes down no way they paid him all that to ride the pine. Sorry not happening. I don't know why the CJ4 owner doesn't grab Ringer just in case. Must be stacked there.

If you want to keep 3 QBs in hopes of dealing for a starter instead of dumping Cutler dump Collie for Murray ASAP. That is another option.

Thanks for the help. I tried to nab Forsett but he's already nabbed. I did pick up Murray and dropped collie.

Give trading Ryan a shot instead. He and Stafford are both pretty high right now, but Stafford most likely to stay there and there still is some reluctance by SOME to trade for him. Easier to get something for Ryan, IMO. Maybe even Ryan+WR for a RB and lesser WR with potential.
