Ben Tate trade options-need help!

So I have several offers for Ben Tate trades on the table and I cannot decide. Standard scoring league, nonPPR. I can only play 2 rbs max, TE is optional so 3 wr/te starts.

Trade one- I give up Tate and Stevie Johnson and get Starks and Roddy White in return.
Trade two- I give up Tate and get B Marshall.

My team:
qb- Brady, Bradford
rb- rice, best, daniel thomas, tate, lynch, ricky williams
wr- nicks, santonio, stevie johnson, manningham, gronkowski, amendola

Should I make one of these trades, or just sit tight. Tate may turn out to be this years Foster, and Johnson may explode as well.
Any help would be much appreciated!
