I say Decker and Bush just because they will get more touches than everyone else listed so they have higher upside.

I would go Stewart at flex and Moore at WR. Stewart was big as a pass catcher last week and I see the same thing for him this week. I watched the Bills-Raiders game last week and Moore really did play well. Mind you the Raiders had their top 3 wr's out so you may wanna look at that situation before going with Moore, but I would think 5 catches, 140+ and a TD (40+ yards at least) gets you some playing time. The Cowboys were able to throw against the Jets some and I think the Raiders can too.

Agree go with Decker and Bush. Who really knows what is going on in Denver with their wideouts. Thomas has a rookie throwing this week so I see the Jags leaning even heavier on MJD and the Colts are just AWEFUL.
