Just out of curiosity ... why so anxious to get Gronk? I see that you have a little fat on your bench - how's the waiver pool? Is there a Fred Davis hanging around? Or another owner holding onto multiple TEs who may provide you with better trade opportunities?

If you're set on obtaining Gronk, I'd package out Britt or Dez. KB is starting to have some hammy problems (no bueno). His value is sky high right now. He can probably fetch a nice return - for a TE + WR2 or otherwise. If he toughs it out and plays through it, the Titans are going to screw up his season. For his sake, I hope they give him a rest.

Who would you consider the fat? Fred Davis and Winslow are there, but Gronk, Keller, etc. are gone. Where did you see this about Britt's hammy? I haven't heard of that at all. I was offered by this owner yesterday his Gronk and MJD for my Britt and Clark, but IDK if I want MJD- I think he is going to get hurt. I am also a really big fan of Britt's this year.

I can see wanting Gronk he is going to be 2008/09 Gates-like for the next few weeks, at least, but your trade target has no other TE and is not going to want to replace Gronk with Dallas Clark for gods sake!
You are going to have to give up some serious value and you have to hope there are some good TE's on the wire (I am sure there are. TE is DEEP this year).
I agree also that Britt is a great candidate to try and move. His value is high (and rising) but I think many people still think he is just starting to be great and is even going to possibly get better.
Your trade partners only weakness seems to be at WR and it is your strength so I think a straight up swap of Britt for Gronk is a pretty good trade.
I mean IF you Really want Gronk AND he can get an adequate replacement at TE.

Do that deal, for God's sake!

Britt couldn't finish practice today with tightness in his quad and hammy (the same one he's injured in the past ... and lost time for).
