Charles Replacement Question

Postby footballstevo75 » Wed Sep 21, 2011 4:53 pm

I don't have much depth at RB and am in a 12 team league.

QB:Rodgers
RB1:F. Jackson
RB2:?
WR1:Calvin Johnson
WR2:Manningham
WR3:Finley (all wr slots are wr/te)

Bench:
RBs:
Hardesty
Vereen
J. Harrison
B. Scott
WR:
Little
James Jones

McCluster is on the Waiver wire and after that it's Kuhn. Do I need to try and trade calvin or rodgers to get another RB?

It's a .5PPR league and a point for every 20 receiving/rushing yards.

Okay. Grab McCluster. Now! Especially in a PPR. Drop Vereen. I don't see him make an impact this season (is this a keeper league? If yes, then drop Scott).

Don't trade Rodgers or Johnson, they are your base and you'll need their points. And I'd guess they were your 1st 2 picks and I never recommend giving those up.

Best of luck! ;-D
Thank God for Football Season.

You cannot afford to trade Rodgers, Johnson or even Jackson at this point, those three alone are good enough to carry some teams so far this year.

Put a claim in for McCluster immediately, especially in a PPR league, I agree with dropping Vereen since I doubt he will see many carries and he isn't the handcuff to Ellis just yet.
