flex and qb help

I have Cedric Benson in my flex spot by I can put in Robert Meachem, Austin Collie, Davone Bess, Eric Decker, Jacoby Ford,or Willis McGahee.

Also, we start 2 QBS and I have Matt Ryan, Josh Freeman, and Joe Flacco to pick from.

Its a PPR league.

I know nothing about football lol so please help! its my first league :(

I would keep Benson at flex as he should see a good amount of touches. McGehee is a good option if Moreno is out though.
You can not go wrong with Ryan or Freeman but I would go Freeman. Good luck!
