Vernon Davis for Julio Jones. Is that a good deal?

This is for my second fantasy league. Roster is below.

So i guess the plan would be to play keller and use jones on your bench? I don't think it's a bad deal just an "okay" deal. you're giving up a starting TE and receiving a bench WR. albeit a low WR2 (high WR3). so if he gets hot he could potentially play in in starter role later on. you would definitely be improving your bench... it's not bad, just hope keller continues to be hot... also a plus on this is that t hernandez should be back in a few weeks giving you a better te backup.


odd that you have 3 TE.. i just noticed this. yes, do this deal. no reason to keep 3 te on a roster of that size. that's nonsense. =)

Yeah I know. Hernandez was too tempting pass up and let sit in the waiver wire. And with a hot Keller I didnt want to drop him. So I thought with WRs being slim pickings in the market I could use a little depth using Davis as trade bait for someone who could use an nice upgrade at TE. Plus I'm not a huge fan of the Niner's passing attack. It maybe too soon panic but Davis hasn't look good.
