Lost Charles. Trade for Ingram?

My current RB's are Starks, Blount, Helu, Harrison, Hardesty.

I'm still high on Ingram and believe he can finish with double digit TD's.

I own Fred Davis and Owen Daniels in a rb/wr flex league.

Should I trade Daniels for Ingram? The team I'd trade with needs a TE and already has Hightower so I doubt he would take Davis.

Thoughts please!

I guess I don't share your belief in Ingram. It's a tall order for a rookie to produce like that. Even taller when he has to share the load with dudes like Thomas and Sproles.

It's not a BAD trade. Davis is turning out to be the type of TE I thought Lance Kendricks was going to be. It increase your RB depth, and he has more value since you are in a flex league. I don't know man. On the fence. If you really want Ingram, I guess you could pull the trigger. Only game I saw was week 1 when he got stuffed at the GL.

He did face pretty good run defenses the first two weeks so I'm not too surprised by the output so far but yeah i'm probably getting ahead of myself in believing he can surpass double digit td's. He's is the red zone guy without a doubt though. I guess I've just seen flashes of brillance on some of his carries and think td's are coming.

Davis and Daniels are pretty much the same to me with Daniels slightly safer because of his QB. I think Kendricks will get there still. Matter of fact he's available in my league and I could grab him if I do trade Daniels.

I think your first priority move is to add both Thomas Jones and Dexter McCluster. Between the two, that should give you a flex option at least.
Owen Daniels for Mark Ingram sounds like a good move for you, but you have to think more towards the second half of the season for Ingram, IMO.

If you can get a better RB, dangle Roy Helu to the Tim Hightower owner to sweeten the pot.

Yeah McCluster was taken off waivers last week and Jones was grabbed a spot of ahead of me this week.

He also has Beanie but I know he really likes him. Maybe Daniels and Helu for Beanie?

What about Felix Jones for Daniels? My concern with Felix is if he will be the lead back he was in wk 1 now that he's hurt.

I'd try to trade davis instead of daniels, he's hot right now, you may get the other guy to do it.

BUT, I'm not that high on ingram. I know its early but he's a rookie and splits carries with 2 other guys.

If you love ingram, go ahead, but I think your expectations are too high.

Both deals didn't go down. He's higher on Ingram than I am haha and the other guy loves Felix.

Picked up Bernard Scott and he has some favorable matchups if Benson suspension holds up.
