waiver wire question: AJ Green

AJ green from the Bengals is available on my waiver wire, but my only bench people I'd be willing to part with is Plaxico Burress or Roy Helu (whom I just picked up). So basically, is green better to have then one of them 2? I don't follow the Bengals too much but I know in my leaguGreen os like, 95% owned. My starting receivers are A Johnson, S Johnson & L Fitzgerald. Thanks guys!!

FWIW, I would pick up AJ Green. I think he has more upside than Plax. I feel that Helu will overtake Hightower pretty soon (that's why I traded him away).

I'd def pick up Green & would be willing to drop either especially since they are your bench players.
