Need Roster Advice (Romo, Manning, WR, RB) WHIR 100%

Alright so we held our draft VERY early and I took Peyton Manning WAY too early. Luckily I was able to make a decent trade for Romo, but now Romo is having issues. The following is my current roster and a list of notable free agents. Should I drop Manning for one of the available QB's? Should I drop one of my WR's for Mike Simms Walker, etc.? RB change? Thanks for the help!
