Trade advice: Trade Burleson for Starks?

My team:

QB (Start 1): Matt Ryan
RB (Start 2): Adrian Peterson, Peyton Hillis, Reggie Bush, Jonathan Stewart
WR (Start 3): Larry Fitzgerald, Vincent Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, Nate Burleson, Lance Moore, Devery Henderson
TE (Start 1): Vernon Davis
D/ST (Start 1): Patriots
K (Start 1): David Akers


I was messaged about a trade for Burleson. He mentioned all of these players are available.
Should i trade for starks straight up? Or any of the others?
Players available: Mike Thomas, Cam Newton, Nate Washington, James Starks

I figure Starks would be a good backup if my starting RBs went down. I dont necessarily need Burleson.
What do you guys think?

You have no legit backup QB I like Newton, he probably won't keep this up but I say anything of value of Burleson is a great move for you though Starks is kinda what you need....

I typically dont have backup QBs. Especially in this league, its a shallow bench.
I figure if my QB goes down, whoever I pick up will be decent enough rather than wasting a draft pick.

I think i need a backup RB the most right now as i dont trust either Bush or Stewart.
FA RBs - Cadillac Williams, John Kuhn, Isaac Redmon, Marcel Reese, Javon Ringer, Roy Helu
FA QBs - Chad Henne, Jason Campbell, Rex Grossman, Matt Hasselbeck, Andy Dalton.

Any of those deals are pretty good!
I'd rate them in terms of value to your team as probably Starks, Newton, Thomas, and Nate Washinton way far in last place
I would see if you could move and add an extra WR, if he would go for it, or one of Bush or Stewart for Starks AND Newton.

Watching the Falcons the other nite Ryan got Beat up and I don't like the odds of his surviving all year without some time out of the lineup at that rate of punishment and Starks is an upgrade over Stewart or Bush as your 3rd RB
