Trade VJAX/Frank Gore for CJ2K?

I was offered a trade which would involve me trading Vincent Jackson and Frank Gore for Chris Johnson. I think this is way too much to give up for Chris Johnson but Gore's low production has me considering it. What should I do?

QB Michael Vick (Rothlisberger if he doesnt play)
RB Matt Forte
RB Frank Gore
RB/WR Vincent Jackson
WR Calvin Johnson
WR Roddy White
TE Dustin Keller
D/ST Steelers
K Alex Henery

I think I have an ok team but should I consider the Chris Johnson trade?

Chris Johnson's production is supposed to pick up this week. Gore has had 43 touches which is both good and bad. I worry that they overwork him and he blows out a hip like last year.

I think Roddy and Gore is a better trade, considering you're pretty set with WRs.

VJax has more upside than Roddy, in my opinion, so I'd look to ship out Roddy (especially with Julio Jones cutting into his Roddy's production).
