I would start Washington only because Bailey may not be 100% if he plays, and he will most likely cover Britt. Good matchup for the #2wr in that game.

I would go with Washington this week, Moore has a tough matchup against the Jets. Moore is exciting and fun to watch and he will have some big weeks, but if he does it this week it will be a total surprise to me.
