Cam Newton vs Jac OR Stafford vs Minn

I am having a hard time with this week at QB. It's a non-ppr standard scoring league, the only wrinkle is plays 40+ yards are 2 bonus points.

Stafford has been great and he's playing against a Minn team that isn't great, but they've only relented the 28th most points to WRs this year. I still think Stafford has a decent day, but......

Cam Newton has been out of his mind so far. And he has one of the best matchups for a QB going against that horrible Jacksonville defense. I see a higher ceiling for Newton this week and can find no reason he couldn't post 25+ points *standard*, especially with what he did against Green Bay last week.

Play safe (Stafford) or play risk/reward (Newton)?

This is a tough call to make. I dont think you should regret starting one over the other though, both are great plays this week. I think I would lean towards Stafford though since you know the TD's will be there. I love watching Cam on the highlights but I think you still go with the safer play this week and thats Stafford.

Touch call but I would play Stafford. Cam has been insane lately but if this becomes a blow out by CAR they will start running the ball.
