Flex position help (and tight end)

Stevie Johnson vs. NE or Ryan Mathews vs. KC? (ppr)

stevie's been on fire, but i feel like mathews might have a big game against a terrible KC team.

also, i have dallas clark as my TE but with the colts playing Pitt i was thinking about picking up a TE from the wire, Scott Chandler vs. NE and Fred Davis @ Dallas are the best two available

I see where you're coming from with Mathews going up against a pretty bad Kansas City defense/team, but I'd go with Steve Johnson, who has been fairly consistent and has an excellent passing quarterback in Fitzpatrick.

As for your TE situation, if you're going to get one off the waiver wire, then I suggest you get Fred Davis. He's proven before that he can do it (in 2009 when Cooley was out), and he's already had two big games. He's your best bet.

yeah i was probably going to stick with stevie on this. also, i have roddy white who seems to be pretty banged up so i could start mathews over him too.

OR i could pick up ben tate and start him over mathews and white

So are you starting Steve Johnson in the flex position or as a WR? If you're starting him at WR and you're looking at either Mathews or Tate to fill a flex position, I'd go with Ben Tate, he's had 2 very good games the past two weekends. I went out and got him off waivers to start at RB, but that's just my gut feeling. Either Mathews or Tate would probably be fine.

yeah right now my RB's are Forte and MJD, and my WR i'm definitely starting is Mike Wallace. So i can start one more receiver (White or Stevie), and a flex (tate, mathews or one of white/stevie that i didn't use before)

i think i'll do:

WR: Mike Wallace, Stevie Johnson
RB: Forte, MJD
Flex: Tate

I think those are your best options. Good choices.
