Helu or Lynch? WHIR

Lynch starts for Seattle, but his O-line sucks and he can't see any holes when they aren't there.
Helu was awesome last week, but will he get the same # of touches? I know Shanahan likes him.

Leaning towards Lynch because Arizona is the opponent, but Helu could be in for a nice day of dumpoff passes.

Thoughts?

I'm going Lynch here. he gets more touches and playing a weak D. Helu won't get the same amount of touches and dallas is tough against the run

Tossup honestly, but I think since Helu's touches are unpredictable, you probably need to start Lynch.

That said, I'd be surprised if Helu doesn't get 10-12 carries again and a couple catches.
