Well my backup(s) for S-Jax are Helu or Norwood (blech).

St. Louis is facing the Ravens so it might be better to start Helu even if S-Jax plays, and pray for a Shanny Miracle

I think I'd start Jackson over Helu either way, if Jackson is playing. I think you cross your fingers that Foster and Jackson play.

But Kubiak almost has to be trying to kill Foster if he starts him. Maybe that's good for Fantasy Football folks. We need finality.
